Ginger Erickson, AIF®

Ginger M. Erickson, AIF® joined Flynn Benefits Group as Manager of Retirement Services in March 2008.  Ginger first entered the retirement plan industry in 1996 working for a leading retirement plan provider in sales and service for small to mid-size corporations and non-profit organizations.  During her tenure, she consistently accepted awards honoring national recognition of being a leader in sales production and client retention.

She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Business Administration, with Magna Cum Laude honors from Kalamazoo College.  In 2008, she obtained the AIF® (Accredited Investment Fiduciary) designation.

Ginger, her husband Terry and their son, reside in Milford, Michigan.  In her spare time, she enjoys downhill skiing, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.  Her community involvement includes volunteer work with Shepherd of the Lakes Lutheran Church and School in Brighton, where she serves on various fundraising and event committees and is the current PTO President for the school.  She is a member of the Board of Directors for the Lisa DeNardo Pete Polk Memorial Foundation, a non-profit organization dedicated to providing financial support and advocacy for children and families in need.  Through her work with the Foundation and involvement in the church, she and her family volunteer at Methodist Children's Home Society, PBJ Ministries and other charities throughout Metro Detroit and Livingston County.
