Ginger began her career in the retirement services industry in 1996. Prior to joining Flynn Benefits Group, she worked for a leading retirement plan provider in the sales and service of retirement plans for small to mid-size corporations and non profit organizations. During her tenure, she consistently accepted awards honoring national recognition of being a leader in sales production and client retention. Ginger earned a B.A. in Economics and Business, Magna Cum Laude from Kalamazoo College. She is an Investment Associate with NFP Securities, Inc., holds her Series 6 (Investment Company Products/Variable Contracts Limited Representative) , Series 63 (Uniform Securities Agent State Law Exam) and multiple insurance licenses. In 2008, Ginger earned the AIF® (Accredited Investment Fiduciary) designation. She is a member of the Grand Rapids, Michigan chapter of the International Society of Certified Employee Benefit Specialists (ISCEBS). Her community involvement includes volunteer work with the United Way, Humane Society, Our Lady of Sorrows in Farmington Hills, Michigan and PBJ Outreach in Plymouth, Michigan.
